Holy Child After School Care Program Society is a non-profit, parent-run organization that was formed in 1979. All the fees collected are put directly back into the program to provide qualified staff, engaging programming, and supplies for the children.

Since the Centre is a non-profit volunteer run organization, families whose children attend the Centre are involved in volunteering initiatives from time to time and attend the Annual General Meeting.

The Centre is overseen by the Board of Directors and is run by the Executive Director. The Board has up to nine parent volunteers who meet monthly, or as needed, to deal with the organization’s needs.
